Foreign area manager

We select a foreign area manager who, coordinated directly by management, will have to develop and coordinate our dealers network and direct and indirect sales activities in the geographic area of ​​competence, guaranteeing the sales objectives.


  • Coordinate the sales activities of the geographical area of ​​competence, examining the requests of customers and the reference markets, formulating offers and the sale price in line with the approved policies
  • The mature reference markets are the following: animal nutrition (nutritionists and feeders), harvesting machines (forage harvesters, combine harvesters), applications for the livestock sector (stables, mixer wagon), biogas, livestock, production and processing of forage
  • The main expanding sectors are: applications in the agri-food sector and industry
  • Plan sales actions, planning interventions according to the customer and company priorities, expanding the customer package
  • Develop the market by creating solid and continuous relationships with customers through a correct market and competition analysis
  • Apply commercial policies and implement development programs, in accordance with the corporate strategy
  • Prepare periodic analysis reports to support the management for sharing the evolution of the presence on the markets
  • Ensure the activation of marketing and communication actions to promote the Company and the products, in collaboration with the management


Age: 25 – 40 years

To fill the role it is necessary to have gained previous experience and have consolidated commercial and negotiation skills and a strong result orientation.

Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is well evaluated:

  • animal nutrition and “precision feeding”
  • “smart farming” and harvesting machines
  • use of field sensors

In-depth knowledge of English, German, French and Spanish also well valued.

Willingness to travel abroad.
