Quality policy

The basic principle on which our quality policy is based is:

“Maximum customer and stakeholder satisfaction, in compliance with mutual expectations and needs, achieved thanks to the high quality of the products and services offered”

Through the systematic implementation of a quality management system compliant with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard (download the certificate), with the aim of pursuing the continuous improvement of our products and our service.

Therefore, it means that:

  1. we must continuously improve by designing and manufacturing innovative products in compliance with the applicable mandatory standards. The ability to continuously improve is measured not only by verifying the achievement of the objectives established in the process policies, but also by evaluating the cost-benefit ratio, the value of which is established by the Management in the review of the quality system, taking into account market situations and customer expectations
  2. the customer and interested parties must always be held in the utmost consideration and everyone must work by focusing attention on satisfying mutual requests and interpreting mutual needs so that they can be translated into products and services that increasingly meet expectations
  3. the ability to work for customer satisfaction can be measured with: the quantity of complaints, the related costs, the delay times in the fulfillment of contractual requests, etc., as well as verifying the achievement of the objectives established in the process policies . Our Management quantifies the values โ€‹โ€‹of these indicators during the review of the quality system so that they are relevant, adequate and commensurate with market situations and customer expectations
  4. quality is a responsibility and a personal commitment of everyone and, therefore, it is the precise duty of our process managers and of each of our collaborators to work to ensure that the foundations are laid to ensure that the objectives set out in this document, those related the processes and those defined periodically in the review of our Management, are systematically achieved. For this purpose it is of fundamental importance to respect the contents of the quality system procedures whose level of application is measured with DEFINED PERFORMANCE INDICATORS. Our Management establishes the value of these indicators during the review of the quality system and, on this occasion, may eventually decide to identify (and quantify) additional indicators.

Our Management formally undertakes the commitment to conduct a systematic and documented review of the quality system to ensure its continuous adequacy and effectiveness in meeting the requirements of the reference standard, the objectives expressed in the company quality policy, those defined in the processes and those that from time to time, on the occasion of the review itself, are defined. The review is the institutional occasion in which the measurement criteria relating to each identified indicator are established and the necessary resources and the most appropriate and adequate means are made available to allow the managers of the processes involved to operate so that the identified objectives can be achieved. Our Management is aware that the contribution of each collaborator is essential for the achievement of company objectives and, for this purpose, assigns specific tasks and responsibilities. Our Management is committed to investing in education and training, so that the most suitable conditions are created so that each employee can carry out his activity independently and be aware of how much his activity contributes and is important in order to achieve the objectives for the quality.
